超声波辅助低共熔溶剂提取枇杷叶总黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以低共熔溶剂为溶剂,在超声波辅助条件下,以总黄酮提取率为指标,探索一种高效的枇杷叶总黄酮提取方法。在单因素实验的基础之上,采用响应面实验优化枇杷叶中总黄酮的提取参数。结果表明,枇杷叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:DESs含水量为28%、料液比为1∶32(g/mL)、超声温度为50℃,此条件下总黄酮提取率约为24.6%,此提取方法操作简单,可为天然产物中有效成分的提取与分离提供参考。 Using deep eutectic solvent as the extraction solvent,under ultrasonic assisted conditions,and using the extraction rate of total flavonoids as an indicator,an efficient extraction method of total flavonoids from loquat leaves was explored.Based on a single-factor tests,the response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction parameters of total flavonoids from loquat leaves.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for total flavonoids from loquat leaves was as follows:water content of DESs was 28%,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶32(g/mL),ultrasound temperature was 50℃.Under the conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was about 24.6%.The method was simple and could provide a reference for the extraction and separation of effective components in natural products.
