摘要
江苏某电镀废水处理厂对COD的处理效果较差,其进水COD_(Cr)范围为120~150 mg/L,现有预处理设施无法将COD处理至超滤膜进水标准以下。本次改造在原有工艺流程中加入芬顿工艺,并优化工艺流程,降低运行费用。改造后芬顿出水COD<50 mg/L,芬顿单元运行费用2.8元/m^(3)。本次改造具有投资成本低、处理效果好、运行费用低,操作方便等特点。
A certain electroplating wastewater treatment plant in Jiangsu has poor treatment efficiency for COD,with an influent COD_(Cr)range of 120~150 mg/L.Existing pre-treatment facilities are unable to treat COD below the ultrafiltration membrane influent standard.The Fenton process was incorporated into the original process and the process was optimized to reduce operating costs.After renovation,COD of Fenton effluent was less than 50 mg/L,and the operating cost of Fenton unit was 2.8 yuan/m^(3).This renovation has the characteristics of low investment cost,good treatment effect,low operating costs and convenient operation.
