The basic flow and principle of olefin conversion unit was introduced.The operation steps of the traditional start-up scheme was systematically introduced,and the existing problems and shortcomings of the traditional start-up scheme were analyzed.According to the problem of the traditional scheme,a number of advanced techniques was introduced,such as start filling line for OCT reactor feed treatment was added,“two-step”method was applied for OCT reactor discharging process and the effluent of the deethylenizer was recycled.The new start-up scheme overcomed the deficiency of the traditional start-up scheme,greatly shortened the start-up time,reduced the material consumption.
