烯烃转化装置开车投料方案优化

摘要 介绍了烯烃转化装置的基本流程和工艺原理。系统介绍了传统开车投料方案的操作步骤,分析了该方案存在的问题及不足之处。针对传统方案存在的问题,创新采用设置OCT进料处理器开工充液线、OCT反应器出料“两步走”流程和回收脱乙烯塔塔釜不合格物料等优化方案,克服了传统开车投料方案的不足之处,大幅缩短了开车时间,减少了开工物料消耗,取得了显著的成绩。 The basic flow and principle of olefin conversion unit was introduced.The operation steps of the traditional start-up scheme was systematically introduced,and the existing problems and shortcomings of the traditional start-up scheme were analyzed.According to the problem of the traditional scheme,a number of advanced techniques was introduced,such as start filling line for OCT reactor feed treatment was added,“two-step”method was applied for OCT reactor discharging process and the effluent of the deethylenizer was recycled.The new start-up scheme overcomed the deficiency of the traditional start-up scheme,greatly shortened the start-up time,reduced the material consumption.
