摘要
核磁共振技术是当前手性识别研究中一种非常重要的基础工具。因此,在本科生创新型实验教学中,开展设计制备手性溶剂化试剂并用于核磁共振对手性羧酸手性识别的设计性实验,使学生了解手性溶剂化试剂在手性识别中的研究思路,掌握简单的有机合成方法、波谱解析和手性分析方法等一系列综合实验技能,并能参与创新研究的实验设计与结果分析,能激发学生对本专业的学习兴趣及提高动手能力和科研创新能力。
Nowadays,NMR technology is an important basic tool for studying chiral analysis.Therefore,in the undergraduate experimental education or technical training,by designing the application experiment of chiral solvation reagent in the chiral recognition of chiral carboxylic acid in using NMR technology,students could understand the research ideas of chiral solvation reagent in chiral recognition and grasp a series of comprehensive experimental skills such as simple organic synthesis method,spectrum analysis and chirality recognition,and participate in experimental design and result analysis of innovative research,which could stimulate students'interest during subject education process and improve their practical ability and scientific research and innovation ability.
