摘要
通过将科研成果渗透到综合性教学实验中,设计了碳化钼催化剂的合成及电解水制氢性能评价的综合实验。以聚苯胺为碳材料前驱体,通过浸渍、煅烧合成了氮掺杂碳负载碳化钼催化剂,并对催化剂进行了XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS等形貌和组成测试,并考察了不同碳化温度下催化剂的电解水制氢性能。本实验将培养学生基础实验操作技能及利用现代仪器对材料进行结构分析的能力,激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生科研素养。
Combining the scientific research with basic experimental teaching,a comprehensive experiment of preparation and characterization of molybdenum carbides for hydrogen evolution reaction was designed as a teaching experiment.Nitrogen-doped carbon supported molybdenum carbide(Mo 2C/NC)catalyst was synthesized by calcination using polyaniline as the carbon source.The morphology and composition of the catalyst were tested by XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS.The performance of the catalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction of the Mo 2C/NC with different carbonization temperatures was investigated.Through this experiment,the experimental operation and structural analysis using modern instruments were cultivated.Meanwhile the interest of learning could be simulated and the scientific research literacy of students could be improved.
