反思教学在职校有机化学教学实践中的应用

摘要 “学会反思”是教学改革对教师提出的基本要求。教师在教学的过程中不断的反思、修正,不断的探讨、汲取经验,即能促进教师成长,又能有效提高教学质量。本文主要阐述了教师在教学的过程中实际情况,对有机化学科学发展和教学进行了反思,不断提出问题,分析高职学生有机化学的学习现状,探索能深入人心的教学方法,培养学生养成课后反思的好习惯。 “Learning to reflect”is the basic requirement of teaching reform for teachers.Teachers in the process of teaching continuous reflection,revision,continuous exploration,learning from experience,it can promote the growth of teachers and improve the teaching quality.The teacher in the teaching process actual situation was mainly elborated,the development and teaching of Organic Chemistry were introspected,keep asking questions,to analyze the current study situation of Organic Chemistry for vocational college students,exploring teaching methods that can reach deep into the hearts of the people,train the students to form the good habit of reflection after class.
