摘要
相比于正常地带,断层地带的地质条件较为复杂、裂缝发育可能性较大且顶板很容易损坏,若出现断层将会影响正常采煤。而应用综采工作面过断层采煤技术可以在一定程度上提高采煤效率,因此利用文献资料法等方法对综采工作面过断层采煤技术进行了研究与探讨。在探究过程中先分析了影响综采工作面过断层采煤的因素,之后分析了各种采煤技术以及优化技术应用效果的策略。分析结果表明,综采工作面过断层采煤会受到裂隙水、裂缝带宽度等诸多因素的影响,所以采煤难度较大、技术要求较高。为此应充分掌握直接过断层采煤技术、预裂爆破过断层采煤技术等手段的应用方法并通过完善技术保障措施、安全保障措施等手段优化技术应用效果。
Compared with the normal zone,the geological conditions in the fault zone are more complex,the possibility of fracture devel-opment is greater,and the roof is easily damaged.If the fault occurs,it will affect the normal coal mining.The application of coal mining technolo-gy through fault in fully mechanized coal mining face can improve the mining efficiency to a certain extent.Therefore,the paper studies and discusses the coal mining technology through fault in fully mechanized coal mining face by means of literature and other methods.In the process of exploration,the factors affecting the coal mining through fault in fully mechanized mining face are analyzed first,and then various mining technologies and strat-egies for optimizing the application effect of the technology are analyzed.The analysis results show that the fully mechanized mining face will be af-fected by many factors such as fracture water,fracture zone width and so on,so the mining is difficult and the technical requirements are high.There-fore,it is necessary to fully grasp the application methods of direct fault coal mining technology,pre-splitting blasting fault coal mining technology and other means,and optimize the technical application effect by improving technical guarantee measures,safety guarantee measures and other means.
