冶金工业焦化废水处理存在的问题与解决对策

Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Metallurgical Coking Wastewater Treatment

技术的进步加快了冶金工业的现代化发展,各冶金企业的生产规模持续扩大,设备、工艺都有所革新。但冶金企业的生产流程复杂,焦化废水的处理难度较大,为符合可持续发展的要求,避免废水随意排放所引发的环境问题,企业需立足自身的生产方式与流程,优化焦化废水处理工艺。目前部分冶金企业的焦化废水处理中存在问题,本文针对冶金工业焦化废水处理展开了详细研究,分析了处理现状,并提出了相应的解决措施,对实际工作具有指导价值。

The progress of technology has accelerated the modernization of the metallurgical industry.The production scale of metallurgical enterprises continues to expand,and the equipment and process have been innovated.However,the production process of metallurgical enterprises is complex,and the treatment of coking wastewater is more difficult.In order to meet the requirements of sustainable development and avoid the environmental problems caused by random discharge of wastewater,enterprises need to optimize the treatment process of coking wastewater based on their own production mode and process.At present,there are some problems in the treatment of coking wastewater in some metallurgical enterprises.This paper has carried out a detailed study on the treatment of metallurgical industry coking wastewater,analyzed the treatment status,and put forward the corresponding solution measures,which has guiding value for the practical work.
