摘要
依据GB/T 24800.2—2009,在化妆品糖皮质激素的测定过程中,发现了一种与标准中倍他米松醋酸酯具有相同子离子的疑似糖皮质激素。在没有标准品的情况下,使用高分辨质谱(UHPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap MS)确定了该物质的精确相对分子质量及分子式,并结合该物质与类似化合物的二级质谱进行碎片解析,确证了该疑似物为氯倍他索丙酸酯的同系物。
During the determination of glucocorticoids in cosmetics according to GB/T 24800.2—2009,a suspected glucocorticoid with the same daughter ion as betamethasone acetate in the standard was found.In the absence of a standard reference,its molecular weight and molecular formula were determined by UHPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap MS.Combined the secondary mass spectrometry of the compound with similar compounds,it was confirmed that the suspected substance was a homologue of clobetasol propionate.
