基于机器视觉的砂轮片智能更换机器人设计

摘要 钢铁棒材轧制过程中切割砂轮锯是必不可少的装备,其使用的大型砂轮片(单片50±2 kg,直径1250 mm)每2.5 h更换一次。过去采用的是传统的人工更换,两位工人需耗时30 min,使棒材轧制无法连续生产,且砂轮螺母松紧度无法把握,太紧会使砂轮炸裂,太松容易出现安全事故,大型砂轮片更换已经成为冶金装备行业共性技术难题。“无人值守”砂轮片智能更换机器人的到来破解了轧钢实现数字化生产最大的卡脖子难题,实现了全智能在线更换、精准控制螺母松紧度、减少了棒切割的停机时间,大大提高了生产效率,降低了工人劳动强度,改善了工作环境,提高了经济效益,具有广阔的应用前景。 Cutting wheel saws in the rolling process of steel rods are indispensable equipment,and the large grinding wheel blades(50±2 kg single piece,1250 mm in diameter)are replaced every 2.5 hours.In the past,manual replacement,two workers need to spend 30 minutes,so that the rod rolling can not be continuous production,and the grinding wheel nut tightness can not be grasped,too tight will make the grinding wheel burst,too loose prone to safety accidents,large grinding wheel plate replacement has become a common technical problem in the metallurgical equipment industry.“Unattended”grinding wheel plate intelligent replacement robot came to crack the rolling steel to achieve digital production of the largest card neck problem,to achieve full intelligent online replacement,precise control of nut tightness,reduce the bar rolling downtime.It improves production efficiency,reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves the working environment,improves economic benefits,and has broad application prospects.
