基于机器视觉的垂直电梯导轨多参数检测方法研究

摘要 垂直电梯导轨在使用过程中会受外力干扰而使得导轨的形态发生改变,影响电梯的平稳运行。该文针对电梯导轨垂直度、共面性、导轨间距等重要参数的检测难题,采用基于机器视觉的垂直电梯导轨多参数检测方法对其进行检测。以激光铅垂仪产生的光线为基准线,当检测装置紧密贴合导轨腹板进行攀爬时,导轨的状态将反映在装置与激光光线的相对位置变化上,装置携带CCD工业相机对基准线在装置上投影所成激光光斑的位置变化进行检测,从而得到导轨参数信息。现场实验结果表明,检测方法可以实现垂直电梯导轨多参数的自动化测量,对导轨参数最小变化偏差的检测精度可达0.01 mm。 The vertical elevator guide rail will be disturbed by external force in the use process,which changes the shape of the guide rail and affects the smooth operation of the elevator.Aiming at the detection problem of important parameters such as verticality,coplanarity and guideway spacing of elevator guideway,the multi-parameter detection method of vertical elevator guideway based on machine vision is adopted.Taking the light generated by the laser plumb meter as the reference line,when the detection device is closely connected with the guide rail web for climbing,the state of the guide rail will be reflected in the relative position change between the device and the laser light.The device carries a CCD industrial camera to detect the position change of the laser spot generated by the projection of the reference line on the device,so as to obtain the parameter information of the guide rail.The field experiment results show that the detection method can realize the automatic measurement of multiple parameters of vertical elevator guide rail,and the detection accuracy of the minimum variation deviation of guide rail parameters can reach 0.01 mm.
