In the critical situation,the environment that the organization depends on for survival and the routine growth path are seriously damaged.Stimulating the entrepreneurial passion of cadres and officers has become the key to the success and sustainable development of the organization.The effect of“jiangshan=people”on the formation of the cause passion of the leading cadres of the Communist Party of China is mainly reflected in three aspects:endogenous force,organizational force and supervisory power,which highlights the process of reshaping the key elements of the organization under the humanistic thought.
