摘要
糖尿病是一种严重威胁人类健康的代谢性疾病,近年来其患病率在世界范围内逐年上升。为减少糖尿病及其并发症的危害,早期筛查和诊断尤为重要。糖化血红蛋白(Hb A_(1c))是反映平均血糖浓度的指标,在血糖控制及大血管和微血管并发症风险评估中起着重要作用。2011年WHO将HbA_(1c)纳入糖尿病的诊断标准。本文介绍了HbA_(1c)应用于糖尿病诊断的历史和研究现状、Hb A_(1c)在糖尿病筛查和诊断中的价值,以及HbA_(1c)控制水平对糖尿病并发症的影响。
Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a metabolic disease that seriously threatens human health.In recent years,its prevalence has been increasing year by year worldwide.In order to reduce DM and its complications,early screening and diagnosis are particularly important.Glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c))is an indicator of mean blood glucose concentration and plays an important role in blood glucose control and risk assessment of macrovascular and microvascular complications.HbA_(1c) was recognized by the World Health Organization as a diagnostic tool for DM in 2011.This paper introduces the history and research status of HbA_(1c) as a diagnosis indicator of DM,the value of HbA_(1c) in the screening and diagnosis of DM,and the influence of HbA_(1c) control on complications of DM.
