新型钾盐除钙剂对某高泥高钙低品位光卤石矿应用效果研究

Research of New Type of Potassium Salt Calcium Removing Agent’s Application Effect on a Low-grade Carnallite Ore with High-mud and High-calcium

文章介绍了中蓝长化工程科技有限公司自主研发的Ca-Re-23新型除钙剂在某高泥高钙光卤石矿上的试验研究。试验结果表明,在冷分解矿浆浓度为50.0%、除钙剂用量为300.0 g/t原矿、捕收剂用量为25.0 g/t原矿试验条件下,精矿中硫酸钙含量可降至0.87%,仅为不添加除钙剂时浮选精矿中硫酸钙含量的1/12,新型除钙剂在抑泥除钙上效果显著。

This article introduced the experimental study of a new type of Ca-Re-23 calcium remover independently developed by chonfar Engineering and Technology Co.Ltd.on a high-mud and high-calcium carnallite ore.The results showed that,when the cold decomposition pulp concentration is 50.0%,the dosage of calcium remover is 300.0 g/t and the dosage of collector is 25.0 g/t,the content of calcium sulfate in the concentrate can be reduced to 0.87%,which was only 1/12 of the content of concentrate that without the addition of calcium remover.The new type of calcium remover has a significant effect on desliming and calcium removal.
