摘要
对光学设计理论和投影光学系统进行详细介绍,以最新的MicroLED芯片为光源,利用成像光学理论,完成了高像素前照灯模组的开发。该模组输出的光通量达到650 lm以上,其水平方向投射角度为24°,垂直方向投射角度为6°;在25 m屏幕处,其最大照度大于110 lx;具备2万以上像素,实现了自适应灯光照明、高亮提示和投影交互的功能。
The optical design theory and projection optical system were introduced in detail.By using the advanced MicroLED chip as the light source and imaging optics theory,the development of a high resolution headlight module was completed.The output luminous flux of the module is more than 650 lm,and its horizontal projection angle is 24°,and the vertical projection angle is 6°.On the screen 25 meter away,the maximum illumination is greater than 110 lx.It has more than 20000 pixels,and it realizes the functions of adaptive lighting,highlighting prompt and projection interaction.
