摘要
应用FLUENT软件,采用VOF多相流模型,对某型号的高压燃油箱油气分离器的泄压工况进行仿真分析,得到油气分离效率,并与试验结果进行对标。结果表明:模拟结果与试验结果基本一致,验证了油气分离泄压工况仿真的可靠性,可利用油气分离仿真在产品设计阶段进行分离效率评估和设计优化。
FLUENT software and VOF multiphase flow model were used to simulate the pressure relief condition of oil-gas separator of a certain type of high-pressure fuel tank.The oil-gas separator efficiency was obtained and compared with the test results.The results show that the simulation results are basically consistent with the test results,which verifies the reliability of oil-gas separation simulation pressure relief condition.Oil-gas separation simulation can be used to evaluate the separation efficiency and optimize the design in the product design stage.
