摘要
对两款车型前保险杠进行冲击模块试验。研究结果发现,相比于CAR-B车型,CAR-A车型在前保险杠中部支撑位置(M0)处溃缩位移小,刚度大,中部支撑(M0)刚度与下部支撑(D0)刚度相差较大。同时对两款车型进行Flex-PLI腿型冲击试验,发现CAR-A车辆存在严重失分,其主要原因是由于在柔性腿冲击车辆过程中,CAR-A中M0、D0刚度差导致以膝部为中心向两侧弯曲运动,造成车辆失分。因此,车辆前保险杠应考虑到中部支撑位置和下部支撑位置的刚度匹配,一定程度上可降低对弱势道路使用者的伤害,使得柔性腿碰撞变形更加合理、得分更高。
The impact module tests were conducted on the front bumpers of two models.The results show that the CAR-A model has little collapse displacement and high stiffness at the middle support position(M0)of the front bumper,and the stiffness of the middle support(M0)and the stiffness of the lower support(D0)is quite different compared to the CAR-B model.The Flex PLI leg impact tests were conducted for two models at the same time.It is found that the CAR-A vehicle has a serious loss of points,the main reason is that the M0、D0 stiffness difference of CAR-A front bumper,which leads to the loss of points during the impact of bending to both sides centered on the knee.Therefore,the front bumper of the vehicle should take into account the stiffness matching of the middle support position(M0)and the lower support position(D0),which can reduce the damage to the vulnerable road user(VRU),so that the collision deformation of the flexible leg is more reasonable and the score is higher.
