WDR27在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of WDR27 in gastric cancer

目的:探讨WD重复结构域27(WDR27)基因在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用qRT-PCR检测150例胃癌及其癌旁组织中WDR27 mRNA的表达水平,分析WDR27与临床病理特征的关系,采用Cox回归模型分析影响患者预后的因素,绘制Kaplan-Meier曲线进行总生存期比较。结果:88例(58.67%)胃癌组织中WDR27 mRNA表达水平高于癌旁组织,62例(41.33%)癌旁组织中WDR27 mRNA表达水平高于胃癌组织。WDR27 mRNA表达与肿瘤T分期、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。WDR27 mRNA表达水平(HR=2.173,95%CI:1.119-4.221,P=0.022)和淋巴结转移(HR=5.049,95%CI:1.704-14.962,P=0.003)是影响胃癌预后的独立因素。WDR27 mRNA低表达患者总生存期长于高表达者,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:WDR27异常升高与胃癌恶性程度及疾病分期有关,并预示患者预后较差。

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of WD Repeat Domain 27(WDR27)gene in gastric cancer tissues.Methods:The expression of WDR27 mRNA in 150 gastric cancer tissues and their paraneoplastic tissues was detected by qRT-PCR,and the relationship between WDR27 and the clinicopathological features of gastric cancer was analyzed.Results:The relative expression of WDR27 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues(P<0.05).WDR27 mRNA expression was associated with tumor T stage,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not with gender,age,differentiation,tumor size and tumor location(P>0.05).Conclusion:High WDR27 expression was associated with gastric cancer progression,and WDR27 expression could be used as a new molecular pathological marker to reflect the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer.
