摘要
针对液化天然气氮气压缩机轴瓦振动上涨现象,进行各方面因素排查,确认在压缩机停机过程中,出口放空管线较细,放空不及时,造成压缩机转子受气流扰动失稳,引起轴瓦磨损。通过实施相应的处理措施,彻底解决了氮气压缩机轴瓦振动上涨问题,保障了机组的稳定运行。
Large vibration on nitrogen compressor bearing bush in LNG plant was investigated.It’s found that during shutting down the compressor,the venting line was too thin to vent in time,causing the unsteady air flow disturbance on compressor rotor and the damage bearing bush.Corresponding measures were taken to solve the vibration thoroughly and to assure the steady operation of the compressor.
