Shell煤气化DYNAvel粉煤速度计测控优化

OPTIMIZATION FOR MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL OF DYNAVEL PULVERIZED COAL VELOCITY METER USED IN SHELL COAL GASIFICATION

摘要 Shell煤气化装置4条煤线原设计每条煤线有前、后2台DYNAvel速度计,采用CAN-BUS总线串联接线模式,当其中1台速度计出现故障需要检修时,另外1台无法正常测量,造成该煤线停运,影响气化负荷稳定。分析论证后,改造为2台速度计独立CAN-BUS总线接线测量模式,单台速度计故障后可以独立切除检修,测量稳定性明显提高。针对粉煤输送系统瞬间干扰造成煤线速度测量波动进行了控制联锁优化,保障了气化装置安全稳定运行。 In the original design of Shell coal gasification plant,there were four(4)coal lines.Two(2)sets of DYNAvel velocity meters were installed on each line at the front and the end,connected by CAN-BUS series wiring.In case that the failure happened on one velocity meter,the other would not measure the flow normally,which caused the line stop,and impacted on the stability of the gasifier load.After analysis and verification,the two(2)velocity meters were changed to CAN-BUS independent wiring.When one got failure,it could be removed independently for repair,and the measurement stability was improved sharply.The interlock was optimized in respect of coal line speed measurement fluctuation caused by instantaneous interference on pulverized coal conveying system,which ensured the safety and stable operation of the gasification plant.
