摘要
儿童哲学教育中国化契合新时代的核心理念——创新,儿童哲学教育中国化的师资培养提纲挈领,是新时代赋予高师院校不可推卸的神圣使命。儿童哲学教育师资的培养需要直面教育观念变革、教育手段便捷及课程综合化改革的挑战。高师院校应努力培养多学科型中小学卓越师资,集中培育师范生的核心素养,统筹哲学社会科学的学科优势,以锻造基础教育师资优良的哲学思维品质。
The sinicization of children’s philosophy conforms to the core idea of the new era——innovation,which is an important part of teacher training.The cultivation of philosophy teachers for children needs to face the challenge of the change of educational concept,the convenience of educational means and the comprehensive reform of curriculum.Teachers colleges should strive to cultivate multi-disciplinary excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools,concentrate on the cultivation of the core quality of normal students,coordinate the disci⁃plinary advantages of philosophy and social sciences so as to forge the philosophical thinking quality of basic ed⁃ucation teachers.
