Governance in Higher Education: Technological Higher Education Network in South Africaand its Spheres of Governance

近年来,南非高等教育技术网络(THENSA)不断发展,通过技术合作促进国内外科研及人员等方面的交流,形成了保证运行质量、促进科学创新及关注学生就业的三个工作小组。目前,南非科技高等教育网络组织主要关注的方向包括以促进经验交流为基础的框架构建,以解决社会问题为基础的研究合作以及以缓解就业压力为基础的平台建设。在日常运行过程中,该组织专注于前沿技术与知识,积极探索多边合作。

In recent years,the Technological Higher Education Network South Africa(THENSA)has been promoting the exchange of domestic and international research and researchers and other aspects by the way of technical cooperation,forming three governance bodies to ensure operational quality,promote scientific innovation and focus on student employment.Currently,the main focus of THENSA is to build a framework based on the exchange of experiences,to promote research cooperation based on solving social problems,and to build a platform based on alleviating employment pressure.In its daily operation,the organization focuses on cutting-edge technologies and knowledge,and actively explores multilateral cooperation.
