The Current Situation and Development Trends of Higher Education in Countries along the Belt and Road(XLII):Taking Montenegro as an Example

自“一带一路”倡议提出以来,中国与黑山的双边关系得到了进一步的发展,尤其是两国在高等教育领域的合作迈上了一个新台阶。在此背景下,文章从高等教育体系、毛入学率和高等教育改革三个方面梳理了黑山高等教育概况,分析了自中黑双方建交以来两国高等教育的交流与合作情况,提出在“一带一路”倡议的引导下,我国需从语言人才培养及留学互访两方面进一步深化和完善两国高等教育之间的合作与交流。

Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward,the bilateral relations between China and Montenegro have been further developed,especially since the cooperation between the two countries in the field of higher education has reached a new level.In this context,the article combs the general situation of higher education in Montenegro in terms of the higher education system,gross enrollment rate and higher education reform,analyzes the exchanges and cooperation in higher education between the two countries since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Montenegro.This article proposes that under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative,China can further deepen and improve the cooperation and exchange between the higher education institutions of the two countries in terms of language personnel training and exchange visits.
