论解放战争时期中共在新乡的城市动员

On the Urban Mobilization of CPC in Xinxiang during the War of Liberation

城市动员是中国共产党开展城市工作的重要内容。解放战争时期,国共双方对城市的战略争夺、中共对城市工作的探索和新乡民众对国民党统治的极端不满,是中共在新乡开展城市动员的现实诉求。在新乡城工委领导下,中共地下党员在城市贫民、工人、商人、知识分子、反动派等群体中开展了思想动员、关系动员、利益动员、权力动员和信任动员,以唤醒民众对中共的政治认同,争取和团结“最广泛”的力量,与人民解放军里应外合争取新乡的和平解放。这段历史是对中共在这一时期统一战线理论的成功实践,也为新时代城市治理现代化提供了宝贵的经验。

Urban mobilization is an important part of urban work.During the War of Liberation,CPC attached great importance to the urban mobilization in Xinxiang,due to that it was deeply affected by KMT’s reactionary rule as well as the strategic competition between KMT and CPC on the cities with different scale.Under the leadership of Urban Work Committee of Xinxiang,some underground members of the CPC began to work among the urban poor,workers,businessmen,intellectuals and the enemy camp.They mobilized people’s ideology,relationship,material benefits,power and trust on the CPC,in order to arise their identification with the CPC,and unite them as more as possible.Their objective was to win the city’s peaceful liberation with their joint efforts.This period of history was successful practice of people’s democratic united front theory.It also provides valuable historical experience for the modernization of urban governance in the new era.
