“双高”背景下高职邮轮旅游专业群“三教”改革的推进策略研究——以湖北科技职业学院为例

Strategic Approaches to Advancing the Reform of"Teachers,Textbooks,and Teaching Methods"for Cruise Tourism Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges with in the Context of the"High-Level School and High-Level Major Group"Program--A Case Study of Hubei Science and Technology College

“三教”改革和“双高计划”建设的目标高度契合,“三教”改革是“双高计划”落地的重要路径,“三教”改革助力“双高”院校提升国际化办学水平。湖北科技职业学院邮轮旅游专业群在“三教”改革上面临“双师”素质占比不高,教学团队素质结构不太合理;国家规划教材甚少,新形态教材严重缺乏;高职教学模式与方法创新运用能力略显不足的实际问题。基于以上问题,在“双高”背景下提出“三教”改革的推进策略:在理念层面,树立专业群思维,对接产业需求;在行动层面,构建“三教”改革落地模型,促进三要素联动发展;在制度层面,构建保障机制,完善绩效考核和激励措施。

The compatibility between the reform of"teachers,textbooks and teaching methods"and the goal of establishing"High-level School and High-level Major Group"is significant.The"Three Education"reform is crucial in implementing the"Double-high Program"and can enhance the international education standards of"Double-high"colleges.However,the major group of cruise tourism at Hubei Science and Technology College faces challenges such as inadequate"double qualifications"and an unbalanced teaching team.Additionally,there are few national planning textbooks,a lack of innovative teaching modes,and inadequate practical skills in higher vocational education.To address these challenges,this paper proposes a strategy to advance the"Three Education"reform under the"Double-high Program"background.This includes establishing the thought of the major group,developing an implementation model for the"Three Educ-ation"reform to promote the linkage development of the three factors,and creating a safeguard mechanism while improving performance assessment and incentives at the system level.
