From Tools to Value:The Rational Return in the Construction of Labor Education Curriculum

摘要 劳动教育课程建设是劳动教育有效实施的内在要求,应体现劳动教育课程“全息”育人的价值理念,坚持劳动教育科学性、有序性的实践取向。反观教育实际,由于劳动教育课程建设牵连多个方面,学校在实践中偏重劳动教育课程的工具效用而忽视课程建设本质规律的现象普遍存在。其主要问题表现为:劳动教育课程建设成为应付检查的工具和利益相关者追名逐利的手段;劳动教育课程沦为其他主要课程的“附庸”。为了实现劳动教育的应然价值、回归育人初衷,劳动教育课程建设必须明确劳动教育课程目标,践行课程育人宗旨;转变劳动教育课程的功利化导向,防止课程价值取向的偏离;完善劳动教育课程内容的横纵之维,构建促进学生发展的课程体系;创设具身化劳动教育课程情境,彰显学生劳动学习的主体性;加强劳动教育课程的制度化建设,促进劳动教育课程价值的理性回归,推动劳动教育课程的有效实施。 The construction of labor education curriculum is an inherent requirement of the effective implementation of labor education,which should reflect the value concept of“holographic”education and the practical orientation of persist in the scientific and orderly nature of labor education.Looking back at educational reality,due to the multiple implications of labor education curriculum construction,the phenomenon of neglecting the essential laws of curriculum construction and focusing on the instrumental utility of labor education courses is widespread in school practices.The main problem is that the construction of labor education courses has become a tool for dealing with inspections,a means for stakeholders to pursue fame and profit,and a subordinate to other major courses.In order to realize the proper value of labor education and return to the original intention of educating people,the construction of labor education curriculum must clarify the curriculum objectives of labor education and implement the educational purpose of curriculum;change the utilitarian orientation of labor education curriculum construction to prevent deviation from the value orientation of curriculum construction;improve the horizontal and vertical dimensions of labor education curriculum,and form an integrated curriculum content system;create embodied labor education curriculum situations to highlight the subjectivity of students labor learning;strengthen the institutional construction of labor education courses,and promote the rational return of curriculum construction to value,in order to promote the effective implementation of labor education courses.
