新能源汽车企业研发效率评价及提升策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,环境问题日益突出,国家进一步明确实现“碳达峰”和“碳中和”的目标,随着各界目光聚焦到尾气排放,新能源汽车成为汽车行业的重要发展方向。本文基于新能源汽车企业研发现状,以新能源汽车上市公司为研究对象,采用DEA模型分析评价新能源汽车企业的研发效率,探究该行业存在的问题。研究结果表明:新能源汽车市场发展状况回暖,产销基本保持平衡;由于人才培养的特殊性,研发人员增长率小于研发资本投入增长率;新能源汽车企业静态研发效率尚未达到最优水平,95%的新能源汽车企业未达到技术有效状态,未能实现研发规模有效。文章最后针对存在的问题提出了相关建议。 In recent years,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,and the government has further defined the goal of"carbon peak"and"carbon neutrality".With the attention of all circles to exhaust emissions,new energy vehicles have become an important development direction of the automobile industry.Based on the research and development status of new energy vehicle enterprises,this paper takes listed companies of new energy vehicles as the research object,uses DEA model to analyze and evaluate the research and development efficiency of new energy vehicle enterprises,and explores the existing problems in the industry.The research results show that the market development of new energy vehicle picks up,and the production and sales basically maintain a balance;Because of the particularity of talent training,the growth rate of R&D personnel is less than the growth rate of R&D capital investment.The static research and development efficiency of new energy vehicle enterprises has not reached the optimal level,and 95%of new energy vehicle enterprises have not reached the technical effective state,failing to achieve effective research and development scale.At last,some suggestions are put forward in view of the existing problems.
