双面叠合剪力墙竖向连接钢筋雷达法检测技术试验研究

摘要 为验证雷达法在双面叠合剪力墙竖向连接钢筋检测中的适用性,以钢筋锚固长度和间距为试验参数,设计制作了2组双面叠合剪力墙试件,并进行了基于雷达法的无损检测试验研究。结果表明:雷达法可用于双面叠合剪力墙竖向连接钢筋的检测,但存在一定的局限性,桁架钢筋对检测结果影响较大;当竖向连接钢筋距桁架钢筋较近时,雷达反射信号受到干扰,无法进行有效检测,当竖向连接钢筋距桁架钢筋较远时,雷达反射信号不受干扰,竖向连接钢筋在雷达图像上的反射信号清晰可辨;当雷达反射信号不受干扰时,对于竖向连接钢筋锚固长度和间距的检测,检测结果的相对误差分别<2%和6%。 In order to verify the applicability of radar method in detecting the vertical connecting rebar of double-sided superimposed shear wall,taking the anchorage length and spacing of vertical connecting rebar as the test parameters,two groups of double-sided superimposed shear wall specimens were designed and manufactured,and the non-destructive testing research based on radar method was carried out.The results show that the radar method can be used to detect the vertical connecting rebar of double-sided superimposed shear wall,but there are still some limitations,and the truss reinforcement has a great influence on the detection results;When the vertical connecting steel bar is too close to the truss reinforcement,the radar reflection signal is interfered and cannot be effectively detected.While the vertical connecting steel bar is far from the truss reinforcement,the radar reflection signal is not interfered and the reflection signal on the radar image is clear;When the radar reflection signal is not disturbed,the relative errors of the detection results for the anchorage length and spacing of the vertical connecting rebar are less than 2%and 6%respectively.
