对农村C级危房进行修缮加固,可以在有限的资金和时间内,据以帮助住房最危险、经济最贫困的农户解决改造建设最基本的安全住房问题。但在具体实施过程中,维修加固农房存在未完全消除危险点,拆除重建农房存在工程质量不完全达标等安全隐患。论文对常见的质量安全隐患进行梳理,并从技术和管理两个层面提出质量控制方法,以达到危房不住人、人不住危房的目的。

The renovation and reinforcement of grade C dilapidated houses in rural areas can be carried out in a short period of time within limited funds to help the most dangerous and economically impoverished farmers rebuild the most basic safe housing.However,in the specific implementation process,the maintenance and reinforcement of rural housing there is not completely eliminate the danger point,the demolition and reconstruction of rural housing there is engineering quality is not up to the standard and other safety hazards.In this paper,the common quality safety risks are sorted out,and quality control measures are proposed from the technical and management levels,in order to achieve the purpose of people living in dangerous houses,people living in dangerous houses.
