中国花卉博览会是国内花卉领域规格最高、影响最广的综合性花事盛会,被称为中国花卉界的“奥林匹克”。第十届中国花卉博览会于2021年5月21日至7月2日在上海崇明举办,根据前期客流分析以及该花博会交通保障的特点与难点,基于多模式需求管理策略制定了该花博会交通保障总体方案,并在花博会举办期间,对交通运营、运行开展全程跟踪评估,总结了花博会交通保障实践经验,为大型活动交通保障提供参考。

China Flower Expo is a comprehensive event with the highest standards and the widest influence in China,which is known as the"Olympics"of China's flower Expo.The 10th China Flower Expo was held in Chongming from May 21 to July 2,2021.According to the passenger volume analysis and the characteristics and difficulties of the traffic guarantee of the flower expo,the traffic guarantee scheme of the flower expo was made based on the multi-mode demand management strategy.The whole process evaluation of traffic operations was carried out to summarize the traffic guarantee practical experience of the 10th flower expo,so as to provide reference for the traffic guarantee of largescale activities.
