摘要
智慧城市基础设施与智能网联汽车融合是根据我国国情、产业结构和城市治理提出的中国特色发展路线,国际无先例。从智慧城市基础设施与智能网联汽车发展基础条件入手,阐述双智融合应遵循数据带动产业和数据赋能应用的发展思路。围绕车城联动、城市治理、交通管理、数据分析等业务需求,搭建“云-边-端-网”四层架构,设计由数字底座、数据中台、数字孪生、智能应用组成的车城网平台架构。为了扩大双智融合在技术、产业、应用上的成果,提出加强顶层设计、推进技术实践、开展交通运营的发展建议。
The integration of smart cities’infrastructure and intelligent connected vehicles is a development route with Chinese characteristics based on China's national conditions,industrial structure and government governance,which has no international precedent.Starting from the basic conditions for intelligent connected vehicles and Smart Cities’Infrastructure,this paper expounds that dual intelligence integration should follow the development idea of data driven industry and data enabled application.Focusing on the business needs such as car-city linkage,urban governance,traffic management and data analysis,this paper has built a four tier architecture of"cloud-edge-end-network",and proposed a car-city-network platform architecture composed of digital base,data middle platform,digital twins and intelligent applications.Finally,in order to expand the achievements of dual intelligence integration in technology,industry and application,this paper puts forward suggestions on strengthening top-level design,promoting technology practice and carrying out transportation operations.
