摘要
梳理与分析了一些国际博物馆的数字化战略实践案例,并得出启示,博物馆需提高自身的“数字化就绪”水平,探索大数据分析、NFT等新技术的创新应用场景,积极参与构建新的馆际交流网络。同时,应加强数字化团队的组建与培养,重视数字化转型中的数据安全和数字鸿沟问题,并针对新时代观众需求特点,充分发挥数字化转型优势,让博物馆数字化体验在内容和形式上与当下语境、应用场景和观众体验之间建立联系。
The Covid-19 pandemic and other global shocks in recent years have accelerated the digital transformation of museums,bringing about changes in their perception of digitalization.In the new era of increasing uncertainty,museum digital strategies call for more flexibility and sustainability.The digital strategy practices of some museums around the globe indicate higher"digital readiness",innovative applications of big data analysis and new technologies like NFT,and active participation in forging new museum networks.At the same time,it is highlighted to strengthen the formation and training of digital teams and be aware of data security and digital divide problems in digital transformation.Museums ought to give full play to the advantages of digital transformation in keeping with the audience demands in the new era,thus ensuring the digital experiences could relate to the relevant context,application scenarios and audience experience in terms of both content and form.
