Evaluation of Reflective Cracking of Asphalt Overlay on Cement Concrete Pavement

在水泥混凝土路面上加铺沥青层是维修旧水泥混凝土路面的常用方法。通过自主研发模具与试验装置,提出加铺沥青层反射开裂的评价方法,对不同粘结材料不同厚度的加铺沥青层抗弯拉、抗剪切、抗温度型开裂的能力进行评价。结果表明:开发的研究方法能够反映加铺沥青层抵抗各类型开裂的情况,材料粘结强度的增加有利于抵抗弯拉、剪切开裂,但对温度型开裂的影响不大。

Paving the asphalt layer on the cement concrete pavement is a common method for repairing the old cement concrete pavement.Through the independent research and development molds and test devices,the evaluation method for reflective cracking of asphalt overlay is put forward to evaluate the ability of asphalt overlay with different adhesive materials and thicknesses to resist bending,shear,and temperature induced cracking.The results show that:the developed research method can reflect the resistance of asphalt overlay to various types of cracking,and the increase in material bond strength is conducive to resistance to bending and shear cracking,but has little impact on temperature type cracking.
