摘要
采用改进的CDF盐冻试验方法,对两种级配(AC-10、AC-13)热再生沥青混合料预制构件(排水沟、泄水槽)在浓盐环境及冻融循环共同作用下的抗盐冻性能进行测试。结果表明:经过30次冻融循环后,热再生沥青混合料预制构件质量损失远小于传统水泥材料,随着沥青混合料粒径的增大,质量损失略有提高;随着冻融循环的进行,不同级配试件沥青混合料预制构件的劈裂强度呈现先增长后降低的趋势,在循环末期,劈裂强度比均值仍然可以达到80%以上。综合来看,AC-10级配的预制构件相比AC-13级配具有更好的抗盐冻性能。
The improved CDF salt-freezing test method is used to test the salt-freezing resistance of prefabricated components(drainage ditch and drainage channel)of two hot recycled asphalt mixtures with grading(AC-10 and AC-13)under the combined action of concentrated salt environment and freeze-thaw cycles.The results show that:after 30 freeze-thaw cycles,the mass loss of prefabricated components of hot recycled asphalt mixture is much smaller than that of traditional cement materials.With the increase of particle size of asphalt mixture,the mass loss slightly increases;as the freeze-thaw cycle proceeds,the splitting strength of prefabricated components of asphalt mixtures with different grading specimens shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.At the end of the cycle,the average splitting strength ratio can still reach over 80%.To sum up,the prefabricated component with AC-10 grading has better salt and frost resistance than that with AC-13 grading.
