摘要
电梯制动器制动轮与制动闸瓦之间产生摩擦时会产生热量,引起制动轮表面的温度上升。本文利用红外成像仪非接触测量、响应快等特点实现对电梯制动轮温升检测,并通过现场实验测量了电梯正常运行、紧急制动及带闸运行时的制动器及其制动轮的温度分布及温度变化,可有效监测制动器是否带闸运行。
Friction between brake wheel and brake shoe of elevator brake will generate heat,which will lead to the surface temperature rise of brake wheel.Based on the characteristics of non-contact measurement and fast response of infrared imager,the temperature rise detection of elevator brake wheel is realized,and the temperature distribution and temperature change of the brake and its brake wheel during normal operation,emergency braking and brake operation of elevator are measured through field experiments,which can effectively monitor whether the brake operates with shoe.
