全面抗战时期大后方公立图书馆生存策略探究——以重庆市立图书馆为例

Research on the Survival Strategies of Public Libraries in the Rear Area during the Anti-Japanese War: Case Study of Chongqing Municipal Library

文章通过挖掘重庆市档案馆所藏图书馆事业档案,对全面抗战时期以重庆市立图书馆为代表的大后方公立图书馆的生存策略进行了考察。在大后方各公立图书馆中,重庆市立图书馆通过利用社会力量开展馆务、积极争取政府经费支持、努力改善馆员福利、多渠道加强馆藏资源建设等措施应对危机,并取得明显成效,成为管窥战时大后方公立图书馆生存策略的一个范本。

By digging up the librarianship archives in Chongqing Archives,this paper investigates the survival strategies of public libraries in the rear area represented by Chongqing Municipal Library during the Anti-Japanese War.Among the public libraries in the rear area,Chongqing Municipal Library dealt with the crisis by using social forces to carry out library affairs,actively seeking for government financial support,striving to improve the welfare of librarians,and strengthening the construction of collection resources through multiple channels,and achieved obvious results,becoming a model for the survival strategies of public libraries in the rear area during the war.
