摘要
张衡一号卫星是一颗电磁监测卫星,卫星自身磁洁净度要求较高。因此,要求电源控制器的磁矩及磁矩变化量做到最小。通过原材料选择、元器件选用、补偿处理、优化布局等优化设计方法,最终实现电源控制器的磁矩及磁矩变化量指标要求。探索出的电源控制器磁洁净度控制的方法成功应用于后续工程。
The Zhangheng-1 satellite is an electromagnetic monitoring satellite which requires high magnetic cleanliness.Therefore,the magnetic moment and magnetic moment variation of the power control unit are required to be minimal.The magnetic moment and magnetic moment variation requirements of the power control unit were finally met through design methods such as raw material selection,component selection,compensation processing and optimized layout.The magnetic cleanliness control methods of the power control unit were successfully explored and applied in subsequent projects.
