阜阳市新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调分析及发展策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 以阜阳市2011—2020年的统计数据作为研究依据,运用综合评价与耦合协调模型,从时空层面对阜阳市新型城镇化与生态环境二者间的耦合协调关系进行探究。结果表明:时间层面,阜阳市新型城镇化与生态环境水平10年间不断提升,新型城镇化水平由0.120提高到0.871,生态环境水平增长较慢,由0.238提高到0.606,二者间的耦合协调度由0.411提高到0.852,达到良好协调发展阶段;空间层面,耦合协调发展水平空间分布有明显差异,市区一直优于其他各区县。最后,提出阜阳市新型城镇化与生态环境协调发展的建议。 Using the statistical data of Fuyang City from 2011 to 2020 as the research basis,the comprehensive evaluation and coupling coordination model was applied to explore the coupling and coordination relationship between Fuyang’s new urbanization and ecological environment from the temporal and spatial levels.The results show that over the 10 years,the level of Fuyang’s new urbanization and ecological environment has continuously improved,with the level of new urbanization increasing from 0.120 to 0.871 and the ecological environment level growing slowly from 0.238 to 0.606.The degree of coupling and coordination between the two has increased from 0.411 to 0.852,reaching a stage of good coordinated development.At the spatial level,there are significant differences in the distribution of coupling and coordination development,with the urban area always performing better than other districts and counties.Finally,suggestions for the coordinated development of Fuyang’s new urbanization and ecological environment are proposed.
