摘要
以三门峡市为研究区,通过分析研究区目前在国土空间开发、保护、利用等方面存在的问题,兼顾研究区生态空间、农业空间和城镇空间本底要素,计算并定量分析研究区国土综合整治潜力,并采用随机森林算法对研究区生态保护修复重点区域进行识别。结果表明:三门峡市农用地整治潜力为2 182.67 hm2,农村建设用地整治潜力为1 231.82 hm2,宜耕未利用地开发潜力为2 420.96 hm2,土地复垦潜力为977.98 hm2;三门峡市国土综合整治与生态保护修复重点区域可分为9类:水土流失治理重点区、森林生态修复重点区、农用地整治重点区、建设用地整治重点区、湿地生态修复重点区、水环境与水生态修复重点区、矿山生态修复重点区、宜耕未利用地开发重点区和全域土地综合整治重点区。研究结果可为三门峡市国土空间规划编制与生态保护修复提供决策依据。
Comprehensive land management is an important means to solve land use problems in the process of social and economic development,which can effectively promote the optimization of land space and the governance of land degradation;ecological protection and restoration is an important measure to build an ecological civilization and promote high-quality development.Taking Sanmenxia City as the research area,by analyzing the problems existing in the development,protection and utilization of land space in the research area,and taking into account the basic elements of ecological space,agricultural space and urban space in the research area,the potential of comprehensive land management in the research area is calculated and quantitatively analyzed,and the key areas for ecological protection and restoration in the research area are identified using the random forest algorithm.The results show that the potential for agricultural land management in Sanmenxia City is 2182.67 hm 2,the potential for rural construction land management is 1231.82 hm 2,the potential for development of uncultivated land suitable for cultivation is 2420.96 hm 2,and the potential for land reclamation is 977.98 hm 2.The key areas for comprehensive land management and ecological protection and restoration in Sanmenxia City mainly include nine areas:key areas for soil erosion control,key areas for forest ecological restoration,key areas for agricultural land management,key areas for construction land management,key areas for wetland ecological restoration,key areas for water environment and water ecological restoration,key areas for mining ecological restoration,key areas for development of uncultivated land suitable for cultivation,and key areas for comprehensive land management in the whole region.The research results can provide decision-making basis for the formulation of land space planning and ecological protection and restoration in Sanmenxia City.
