数字化农产品全程溯源技术的发展现状及对策分析

The Development Status and Countermeasure Analysis of Digital Agricultural Product Traceability Technology

农产品从农田到餐桌不仅是实体制造和提供的过程,也是信息生产和传递的过程,而农产品可追溯系统可以实现当地特色农产品在整个供应链上种植、采收、加工、销售过程的数据化跟踪和溯源,有效地加强质量监督部门对农产品的各个环节进行质量监控,而消费者可以通过先进的数字化手段获得真实可靠的农产品生产数据信息。本文综述了传统农产品溯源的行业现状,分析了数字化农产品全程溯源的优势,并从推进农产品数字化追溯管理体系建设、强化数字化转型、发挥政府主导等几个方面提出了发展对策。

Agricultural products from farmland to dining table are not only the process of entity manufacturing and providing,but also the process of information production and transmission.The traceability system of agricultural products can realize the data tracking and traceability of local characteristic agricultural products in the whole supply chain,effectively strengthen the quality supervision department to monitor the quality of agricultural products in all links,and consumers can obtain real and reliable agricultural product production data information through advanced digital means.This paper summarized the industry status of traditional agricultural products traceability,analyzed the advantages of digital agricultural products traceability,and put forward development countermeasures from several aspects,such as promoting the construction of digital traceability management system of agricultural products,strengthening digital transformation,and giving play to the government’s leadership.
