摘要
“在地性”通过课程在高校与地方之间进行双向流动与转化,逐步形成有地方特色并获得地方高度认同的课程文化,促进高校与地方的共同发展。人才培养目标同质化、课程设置缺乏地域特色、乡土情怀缺失等导致地方高师院校人才培养模式固化,制约了“接地气”的人才培养。地方高师院校的办学定位决定了其课程文化的“在地性”,“接地气”课程文化追求与地方形成了共生模式,在地化教育为地方提供了“贴地式”的人才培养,因而课程文化“在地性”追求成为地方高师院校的必然选择。地方高师院校课程文化“在地性”追求的实现路径是:立足本土,继承与发扬地域文化,培养具有乡土情怀的教师;文化扎根,自觉践行文化自觉,构建文化落地的课程体系;生命在场,贴地行走的“课程扶志”,实现乡土教育理想。
To local normal universities,having“localized”curriculum culture requires the initiative incorporation into the local culture by implementing bidirectional exchange and transformation between culture of the universities and local areas.Under this premise,a localized curriculum culture with high local recognition can be gradually formulated to promote the joint development of the culture of local universities and local areas.In local normal universities,the homogenization of talent training objectives without regional characteristics and local sensibilities have led to the solidification of the talent training model and holds the“localized”talent training back.The school running orientation of local normal universities determines the“locality”of their curriculum culture.The pursuit of“grounding”curriculum culture has formed a symbiotic model with the local area.The localization education provides the local area with“grounding”talent training.Therefore,the pursuit of“locality”of curriculum culture has become an inevitable choice for local normal universities.The realization path of the“locality”pursuit of curriculum culture in local normal universities is:the curriculum culture of local normal universities should be established on,inherit and develop the local culture,and encourage local sensibilities among teachers.The local normal universities should take culture as the foundation,consciously practice cultural awareness,and build a curriculum system for cultural landing.In addition,the local normal universities should implement vibrant and grounded curricula to fulfill the final pursuit of local education.
