摘要
当前东莞石马河河岸普遍存在部分段岸线损坏、岸线开发无序等问题,严重影响河道行洪。为河流发挥正常的生态景观行洪防汛功能。在水动力模型对水面线计算的基础上对现有河势稳定性进行分析评价,梳理现有岸线的开发现状和保护需求。对不同河段进行划分为岸线保护区、岸线保留区和岸线控制利用区的三维岸线功能区,并且新划分了岸线控制线,提出了岸线保护管控的具体措施。
At present,problems such as damage to part of the shoreline and disordered development of the shoreline are common in Shima River Bank of Dongguan,which seriously affect flood discharge of the river.In order to give full play to the normal function of flood control and flood control of ecological landscape of rivers,this paper analyses and evaluates the stability of existing river regime based on the establishment of hydrodynamic model and the calculation of water surface line,and sorts out the development status and protection requirements of existing shoreline.The different reaches are divided into 3-dimensional shoreline functional zones of shoreline protection zone,shoreline preservation zone and shoreline control utilization zone,and the shoreline control line is newly divided,and specific measures for management and control of shoreline protection are put forward.
