摘要
在混凝土面板堆石坝施工中,为临时保护坝体上游坡面,提出混凝土面板堆石坝垫层区域移动边墙施工技术研究。结合实际工程概况,通过平整施工场地、测量放线、安排吊装设备就位步骤做好前期施工准备,安装移动边墙,后期修整施工:控制坡面平整度、垂直缝凿断、喷射沥青固坡。移动边墙变形监测结果表明:实际最大沉降值与设计值仅1.83%偏差,实际最大水平位移值与设计值仅3.75%偏差,验证此次施工质量较好。
During the construction of concrete face rockfill dam,in order to temporarily protect the upstream slope surface of the dam body,the construction technology research of moving side wall in cushion area of concrete face rockfill dam is put forward.Combining with the actual project overview,the preliminary construction preparation is made by leveling the construction site,surveying and setting out,arranging the steps of lifting equipment in place,installing the moving side wall and carrying out the renovation construction at the later stage:controlling the levelness of the slope surface,cutting the vertical joint,and spraying asphalt to consolidate the slope.The results of deformation monitoring of mobile side wall show that the actual maximum settlement deviates from the design value by only 1.83%,and the actual maximum horizontal displacement deviates from the design value by only 3.75%,which verifies that the construction quality is good.
