摘要
介绍水轮发电机组定子低频振动在小修过程中,检修工期短,不具备吊出转子的情况下,在机坑内吊装单个磁极,改变磁极垫片厚度,从而改变发电机空气间隙值,来解决水轮发电机定子低频振动偏大问题,已在A电厂进行处理定子低频振动,取得了预期效果。
This paper introduces the low-frequency vibration of the stator of the hydro generator unit.In the process of minor repair,the maintenance period is short,and there is no need to lift out the rotor.When a single magnetic pole is hoisted in the turbine pit,the thickness of the magnetic pole gasket is changed,so as to change the air gap value of the generator,so as to solve the problem of excessive low-frequency vibration of the stator of the hydro generator.The low-frequency vibration of the stator has been treated in a power plant,and the expected effect has been achieved.
