基于新疆地区农村水利工程管理思考

Considerations on Rural Water Conservancy Project Management in Xinjiang

水利工程是农业的命脉,是建设社会主义新农村的基础。近年来,我国的水利事业取得举世瞩目的发展,但是水利工程管理方面仍然存在一些问题,如:管理体制不完善,管理模式落后等。因此,以新疆地区为例,证明了农村水利工程具有重要作用,还对此展示了工程实际运行管理中的缺陷,并以相应的对策将其完善,为农村水利工程管理的改革和水利事业的可持续发展提供依据。

Water conservancy project is the lifeblood of agriculture and the basis of building a new socialist countryside.In recent years,water conservancy in China has achieved remarkable development.However,there are still some problems in the management of water conservancy projects,such as imperfect management system and backward management mode.Taking Xinjiang as an example,this paper proves that rural water conservancy projects play an important role.It also shows the defects in actual operation management of the project and improves them with corresponding countermeasures,which provides basis for the reform of management of rural water conservancy projects and sustainable development of water conservancy undertakings.
