双循环视角下我国研究生教育质量评价演绎的制度逻辑与创新路径 被引量:6

摘要 随着研究生教育规模不断扩张,质量评价作为保障研究生教育质量的核心环节和重要议题,其地位与作用正日益凸显。研究结果显示,改革开放以来我国研究生教育质量评价历经探索起步、转型完善和深化改革等三个阶段。进一步,基于制度逻辑概念框架,从国家场域的政治逻辑、市场逻辑、教育逻辑、人本逻辑等制度要素内循环与全球场域的国际国内制度要素双循环,解析影响研究生教育质量各利益主体的角色定位与作用发挥机制,深度刻画我国研究生教育质量评价变革的广袤历史图景。最后,从内外功能调适、多主体协同参与和分层分类体制设计等方面指出未来我国研究生教育质量评价不断赋能创新的突破路径。 With the continuous expansion of the scale of graduate education, the status and role of its quality evaluationare increasingly prominent, for the assessment is regarded as the core linkand important issue to ensure the quality of graduate education. The results show that since the reform and opening up, the quality evaluation of graduate education in China can be divided into three stages: exploration start, transformation and improvement, and deepening reform. Furthermore, based on the conceptual framework of institutional logic, this paper analyzes the role orientation and mechanism of various stakeholders that affect the quality of graduate education from the perspective of internal circulation of institutional elements such as political logic, market logic, educational logic and subject logic in the national field and double circulation of international and domestic institutional elements in the global field, which deeply depicts the broad historical picture of the reform of graduate education quality evaluation in China. Finally, from the internal and external function adjustment, multi-agent collaborative participation and hierarchical classification system design, this paper points out the breakthrough path of continuous enabling innovation of graduate education quality evaluation in China in the future.
