基于5G和视频的建筑工地远程安全监管系统 被引量:2

摘要 随着项目分布地域广、监管难等问题,很多企业开始探索智慧工地技术,实现对建筑工地的远程安全监管。在实际工程中,智慧工地系统全面推广仍面临工地网络部署难和性价比低等问题。本研究通过引进5G专网技术,在工地制高点部署高清摄像头,监控建筑工地全景;通过5G专网将视频监控数据实时传输到企业数据中心,并基于AI技术智能识别安全风险。在某大型施工企业89个项目的应用表明,5G专网适用于多地、多项目高清视频数据的传输,具有性价比高、部署便捷等优势;在高处安装360°高清视频监控,对围护、桩基、基础和上部结构等施工阶段的安全监管价值显著,值得推广。 With the wide distribution of projects and the difficulty of supervision,many enterprises have begun to explore smart site technology to achieve remote safety supervision of construction sites.In the actual project,the comprehensive promotion of smart site system still faces problems such as the difficulty of site network deployment and low cost performance.This study introduces 5G private network technology and deploys HD cameras at the commanding heights of the construction site to monitor the panoramic view of the construction site;The video monitoring data is transmitted to the enterprise data center in real time through the 5G private network,and the security risk is intelligently identified based on AI technology.The application in 89 projects of a large construction enterprise shows that the 5G private network is suitable for the transmission of high-definition video data in multiple places and projects,and has the advantages of high cost performance and convenient deployment.The installation of 360°high-definition video monitoring at high places has significant value for safety supervision in the construction stages of enclosure,pile foundation,foundation and superstructure,and is worth promoting.
