摘要
为了研究重载交通高速公路路面设计问题,以一重载交通高速公路为研究背景,从路面方案、沥青混凝土路面结构及排水等方面对重载交通高速公路路面的设计进行了研究。研究表明:刚性基层沥青混凝土路面刚度和强度大、造价低,更适合于重载交通高速公路的主线路面结构;考虑到结构整体性和施工便利性,有必要将短隧道、桥梁及短陡坡的路面结构设计成与主线路面一致的路面结构;为提高高速公路沿线设施使用寿命及服务质量,需针对不同路段和设施进行排水设计。
in order to study the pavement design of heavy traffic expressway,taking a heavy traffic expressway as the research background,the pavement design of heavy traffic expressway is studied from the aspects of pavement scheme,asphalt concrete pavement structure and drainage.The results show that the rigid base asphalt concrete pavement has high stiffness and strength,low cost,and is more suitable for the main line pavement structure of heavy traffic expressway.Considering the structural integrity and construction convenience,it is necessary to design the pavement structure of short tunnels,bridges and short steep slopes to be consistent with the main line pavement.In order to improve the service life and service quality of facilities along the expressway,drainage design should be carried out for different sections and facilities.
