基于免填缝模壳的密肋楼盖施工方法及效益分析

摘要 在工程建设中,免填缝密肋楼盖不仅适用于大空间的多层和高层建筑,也适用于多层工业厂房和大空间的单层民用和工业建筑,适用范围广,性能好并且经济美观。结合白云路以西安置房A区项目来说明了免填缝密肋楼盖板的经济效益。该项目跨度大、工程建设周期短、经济环保要求高,采用免填缝模壳现浇密肋楼盖施工技术对其楼面层进行施工。结果表明,免填缝模壳现浇密肋楼盖施工技术具有施工效率高、工期短、混凝土梁板成型质量好、成本低、环保等优点,极大地提高了项目施工工业化的水平和效率,节约了大量的施工资源,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。 In engineering construction,the no-caulk ribbed floor is not only applicable to multistorey and high-rise buildings with large space,but also for multi-storey industrial plants and singlelayer civil or industrial buildings with large space.It has a wide range of applications,good performance,economy and aesthetics.This paper discusses the key points of the construction of the no-caulk ribbed floor slabs,and describes the economic benefits brought about by the combination of the old shed replacement project on the west side of Baiyun road.The project has a large span,a short construction period and high economic and environmental requirements.The floor slab is constructed the ribbed floor slab construction technique with jointless formwork cast-in-place.The results show that the construction technology of the cast-in-place ribbed floor with no-caulk moulding shells has the advantages of high construction efficiency,short construction period,good concrete beam and slab forming quality,low cost,and environmental protection,etc.It has greatly improved the industrialisation and efficiency of the project construction,saved a lot of construction resources and gained good economic and social benefits.
