大弧度现浇箱梁连续非对称少支点支架体系设计与施工 被引量:3

摘要 现浇箱梁连续跨越既有障碍物一般采用少支点支架体系进行施工。当现浇箱梁弧度较大时,支架体系呈现异形布置,难以均匀受力。为保障大弧度现浇箱梁少支点支架体系设计的合理性及施工安全性,采用Midas Civil软件对支架体系进行设计验算,最后应用于现场施工。实践证明,该少支点支架体系成功跨越连续障碍物,保障施工的进度与安全,为类似工程提供参考。 The cast-in-place box girder continuously crosses the existing obstacle generally adopts the bracket system with few pivot points for construction.When the curvature of cast-in-place box girder is large,the bracing system presents a heterogeneous arrangement,which is difficult to be evenly stressed.In order to ensure the reasonableness of the design and construction safety of the lesssupported bracing system for large curvature cast-in-place box girder,Midas Civil software was used to design and verify the bracing system,and finally applied to the field construction.It has been proved that the bracing system with less pivot points successfully crosses the continuous obstacle to ensure the progress and safety of construction,which provides reference for similar projects.
